Senior Business Analyst

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our government Client team. In this role, you will be accountable for performing very complex work that involves detailed technical and professional business analysis. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with the vision and strategic direction.
As this role is within a Federal Government agency, applicants are required to be Australian citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed technical and professional business analysis to support the goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, and strategic roadmap.
3. Act as a liaison between business units, IT business management, solutions development, and solutions implementation functional teams.
4. Analyze system requirements and design changes that meet the needs of the Agency and its relevant stakeholders from the health sector.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required skills and qualifications:
6. At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
7. Experience working as a business analyst on healthcare projects or government policy projects is an advantage.
8. Scrum or Agile training and qualifications.
9. Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships, working across multiple teams.
10. Strong analytical and communication skills.
11. Work as a member of a team with the ability to achieve results and manage tasks independently.
