Your new roleBased on-site in Westbury, you'll be reporting into the Financial Controller (FC) and working closely with the broader Finance team. This role presents an opportunity to be the conduit between operations and Finance and is a key member of the operational management team. Reporting into the FC, your key responsibilities will include: Lead Budgeting, Reporting & Forecasting (monthly) Prepare the Annual Budget High quality modelling of business scenarios and analysis of financial data Manage and prepare the weekly cash forecast Other project work as required What you'll need to succeedAs the ideal Candidate, you will have a demonstrated background within a similar role in a manufacturing environment, as well as: Desire to make a difference and help shape the future for a critical Tasmanian organisation Ability to develop strong internal stakeholder relationships and be an effective team member A customer service focus and continuous improvement mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail Advanced Excel skills Ability to work with minimal supervision, be self-reliant and results-orientated Clear and concise communication skills CA/CPA qualification A driver's licence What you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to join Extractas in an exciting phase of growth.
