Position Overview:
This position plays a pivotal role in assisting and resourcing the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service. A part-time position is available initially for 35 hours per week over 5 days in our Coffs Harbour office, and reducing to 21 hours per week (working Monday, Tuesday and Friday) from 2nd April 2025, covering for parental leave.

The Administration Assistant role is pivotal in assisting and resourcing the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service, and applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Demonstrates ability to strongly and consistently align behaviours, attitudes and conduct with the organisation’s values, culture and code of conduct.
2. Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar or relevant role.
3. Demonstrates very effective communication and professional relationship-building skills.
4. Demonstrates computer literacy including Intermediate skills in Microsoft software including Word, Outlook and Excel.
5. Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
6. Pro-active, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
8. Willingness and ability to travel is essential in this role.
About the Operations Team
Our Operations team provides support to the whole organisation across all operational areas and plays a crucial role in supporting various functions, including (but not limited to) admin, logistics, IT, safety and risk management, and overseeing our organisational vehicles.
