The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Managing a small team
* Overseeing a medium sized rent roll and ensuring the smooth running of the office
* Trust accounting and rent receipting
* Recruitment for new staff and onboarding
* Onboarding new managements as required
* Handling complaints from landlords and tenants
* Holding meetings and 1:1s with the team
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Head of Department, Team Leader, or Office Manager
* Ability to manage and lead a team
* Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
* Experience with QCAT, team management and conflict resolution
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
