This role collaborates with the artists working in the studio to market and sell their art to retail and online customers from the corporate sector and the public whilst ensuring the QArt Gallery is a sustainable business with opportunity for growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate annual exhibitions with the studio, Marketing, and Site Manager.Manage gallery inventory and maintain high presentation standards.Oversee all aspects of the online store, including content and order fulfillment.Create engaging content for social media and website platforms.Handle cash following approved procedures for best practices.Photograph and document artworks for marketing and promotional purposes.Collaborate with the Site Manager and Studio Supervisors to enhance operational efficiency.Coordinate events related to exhibitions plus selling artworks.What You Can Bring to the Team:Tertiary Qualification in Fine Arts, Curatorial, Marketing or similar is highly desirable.Demonstrated marketing, operational and financial management experience.Experience managing the operations of an Art Gallery, including curating exhibitions.Previous experience with online marketing and sales of products, including a strong interest in constructing social media content.Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License.If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’.
