Your New Role:
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly practice. You will be providing care to mainly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, their families, the elderly, and the wider community population across East Gippsland. Some of the main health issues you will experience in this varied role include complex health conditions, chronic disease, diabetes, mental health, and AOD.
Working alongside two part-time GPs, you’ll be supported by a Chronic Disease Care Coordinator, practice manager, reception/admin staff, and visiting Allied Health specialists.

Essential Criteria:
* AHPRA Registration – General or Specialist
* Previous experience with Aboriginal Health is preferable
