We are seeking an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include Roster Management: Oversee staff schedules, fill vacant shifts, and generate reports.Onboarding Support: Ensure paperwork, training, payroll, and compliance are completed for new staff.Resident Admin: Process admissions, discharges, and transfers; update internal systems.Enquiries & Tours: Manage resident enquiries, waitlists, site tours, and financial info for prospects.Stakeholder Liaison: Handle interactions with residents, families, suppliers, and team members.Meetings & Scheduling: Organise meetings, training, and appointments; assist with minutes.General Admin: Support accounts, banking, stationery, and record-keeping tasks.What you can bring to the team To be the right fit for this role, you'll be a friendly and organised professional who shows initiative to keep things running smoothly. You'll provide top-notch administrative support while helping ensure our services meet the highest standards of care and compassion.To be suitable for this role, you will have Educational Background: Certificate III in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Administrative Experience: At least two years in an administration or business support role.Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.Desirable but not essential!
