About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to undertake a range of duties which provide an effective and confidential administrative service as directed by the Line Manager and Nurse Unit Manager within Community and Oral Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Provide high quality administration support to frontline clinical staff, and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focused, high quality and efficient services.
* Achieves results by delivering effective outcomes and assuming accountability.
* Comply with policies, procedures, standards and guidelines relevant to the position, including human resource management, workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
* Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the Nurse Unit Manager.
