Hybrid work from home and our HOs in Queensland or SA About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will support a team who provide services to end-users across 90 branches and 3 Head Offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, and Toowoomba.
As part of our multi-year technology transition, you will work on redesigning the operating model of our desktop team to provide a modern, efficient, and scalable workplace for our employees.
You will collaborate closely with service providers and hybrid team members to deliver outstanding support for our windows desktop environment, endpoint fleet, and associated banking equipment.
Your key responsibilities will include: Cultivating a high-performance culture, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Redesigning and optimising operating models as we move through a multi-year technology transformation journey.
Supporting the team to deliver effective process design, implementation, and operation of services that meet our risk and compliance standards.
Continuously re-evaluating services to drive efficiencies and extract the most from our investments.
Collaborating with multiple service providers to provide additional capability to your internal team, ensuring high-quality seamless outcomes.
What We're Looking For: You are a person who is outcome focused and has proven experience to uplift team engagement, optimise value for money and improve service outcomes.
Additionally, you will bring: Deep expertise in transforming service delivery models to achieve improved outcomes, enhanced productivity, and reduced costs.
Proven desktop leadership experience, ideally within the banking industry, with an extensive track record of managing service partners and hybrid teams.
Contemporary knowledge and experience in leading initiatives and teams to maximise value of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change.
Passionate about mitigating operational risk and experienced in financial compliance.
