Description We currently have an opportunity for a HOTO Administrator to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities. We are seeking candidates to be part of our team on the redevelopment project, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga. This is a site based role in the Albury-Wodonga region. Local candidates, or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Relocation packages will be made available to the successful candidate. Responsibilities The HOTO (Handover Takeover) Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HOTO Manager, Commissioning Team and Subcontractors in collating and delivering the documentation for each HOTO. Documentation is to be received in accordance with the agreed timeframes and reviewed to ensure compliance with Defence requirements to successfully achieve HOTO. The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below: Work closely with HOTO Manager to facilitate the requirements of the HOTO Plan/Checklist Liaise with subcontractors to ensure HOTO Deliverables are delivered in accordance with the HOTO Schedule Review HOTO documentation for quality and compliance with Defence Requirements. Assist in the development/update of required Operation and Maintenance Manuals Qualifications What you’ll bring Hold or able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Australian citizen) – must have Qualifications or significant experience in a combination of at least two of the following: Business Analytics; Technical Engineering; Maintenance or Financial Data; SAP Data Creation; Geospatial Information, Defence Estate Information Creation; or, Data Modelling In-depth working knowledge of the Defence Estate Information Model (ERIM) and other Defence Policies Knowledge of Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance requirements from Estate Data Exceptional attention to detail Advanced dataset manipulation abilities using Asset Databases and Microsoft Excel (and WebFM would be advantageous) More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
