The Opportunity
The Planned Maintenance Manager is responsible for delivering maintenance requirements for supported products.
This critical role upholds the highest standards of maintenance practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and staff engagement to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop maintenance plans for supported products.
2. Oversight of scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities for optimal equipment and resource availability.
3. Execution of maintenance tasks within schedule and budget constraints.
4. Management of subcontractors and procurement/delivery of suppliers to support maintenance activities.
5. Facilitation of collaboration between stakeholders within the sustainment environment.
6. Analysis and reporting of maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Your Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Maintenance Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
* 8+ years' experience in a people management role, ideally in the defence or marine industry.
* Knowledge of maintenance management and asset management systems and processes.
* Strong application of technical risk management and safety systems.
* Leadership, people management experience, and team building focus.
