Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role: As part of the Industry and Education leadership team, the primary responsibilities of this role are leading and managing the coordination, design, development, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of vocational education and training programs and services, informed by industry and learner expectations.This role will lead a team of Teachers and is responsible for all aspects of their performance against business targets and their development. The role will also undertake the scheduling and allocation of Teachers to courses and classes and teach as required.
