We are a group of driven engineers in the Collaboration Tools Team that provide full end to end ownership of the core M365 services. We are a highly agile team, who cover all corresponding processes and standards to provide technology engineering expertise used by over 50,000 Bank employees and partners globally. We drive excellence, quality, and performance of these services.
This role will also include an on-call requirement rotating on a weekly basis within the team.

4. Have solid hands-on experience in planning, designing, and deploying Office 365 solutions based on best practices and industry standards
5. Are confident managing, administering and being liable for the RUN function of Microsoft Office 365, M365 ATP, and Azure platforms
6. Have solid hands-on experience with Active Directory / Entra ID Group Management
7. Are constantly collaborating with other stakeholders understanding their requirements, challenges, and goals to provide effective and secure cloud solution
8. Have solid hands-on experience in providing Level 3 technical support and guidance in a similar or large-scale organisation
9. Pride themselves in monitoring and optimising the performance, availability, and reliability of services ensuring business continuity
10. Are knowledgeable assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs
11. Are constantly keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in Office 365 and cloud technologies
12. Have hands-on experience Integrating with Identity Governance Applications
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
13. Office 365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, Cloud Services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
14. PowerShell, Azure Logic App and Runbooks for Office 365, Azure management and configuration
15. Cloud technologies Azure
16. iAM – DellQ, Identity Manager, SailPoint
17. Bachelors qualification in IT or Computing will be desirable
