Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the Role:The primary objectives of the SWARH Services Officer are to ensure the smooth management and delivery of foundational services under the guidance of the Services Manager, enabling SWARH to provide high-quality, sustainable, and efficient ICT services that align with its mission and aspirations. The officer will be involved in implementing and administering collaboration services (such as video conferencing), enterprise services (such as file and print servers), and IP telephony, as well as in the administration of security and service protection mechanisms, including network and email security, data protection, and high availability/disaster recovery plans. They will also work closely with Infrastructure Services team members to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery and coordinate with SWARH PMO resources for efficient project execution.
