o Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
o Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
o Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
o Report on project progress and risks to senior management.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
o Essential - Proven experience in managing the construction of Food & Beverage facilities, preferably in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o It is essential you can demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o Proficiency in construction project management software.
o This role will require some travel to site (potentially nationally) so you must be open to travel when required.
