Our client seeking an immediately available PA to join their team on a 5 month contract basis. Great hybrid working options available. Purpose of the role: The Personal Assistant will offer clerical and administrative support to the SEO General Managers and the broader team. Role Responsibilities: General Administration as required Align with CIO’s EA and SEO Assistant team Diary management and meeting coordination, coordinating conflicting schedules, organising and attending meetings, set agendas and minute actions Arrange travel for the Management and teams and be the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding travel bookings Liaise regularly with key stakeholders, vendors, executives, general managers and their assistants, on behalf of the GM’s. Build relationships with key staff and partners Produce Reports and Presentations as directed, assist with communications as required. Additional clerical, administrative and general office duties involving document creation, file and record maintenance as required etc Co-ordinate team, division and company events and arrange business lunches and dinners for the team’s as directed Essential Qualities: Proficient in critical and analytical thinking. Demonstrates a strong focus on meeting deadlines and excels in high-pressure work environments. Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills. Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective planning abilities. Possesses the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Competent in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making. Qualifications: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is mandatory Sound like you?
