In this role you will work in a fast-paced, delivery focusedteam and draw on strong collaborative and problem-solving skills toachieve optimal outcomes for our business partners and members.Accountable to the Portfolio Manager, you will work with ourbusiness partners to execute on a strategic transformationportfolio that improves the way we service our members and createvalued outcomes for our members. You will gather and quantifybusiness requirements, provide options, recommendations andsolutions based on complex business and data analysis to supportthe strategic transformation. The role will also assist in businesscase preparation and project co-ordination of key business analysisdeliverables.

To be successful in the role, you willhave:
1. Tertiary qualifications (degree level) in Business Analytics, Business, Commerce, Economics, or similar and/or relevant industry experience
2. Ability to liaise effectively, including consultation and negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders, to establish and maintain strong and productive working relationships.
3. Ability to impart information and explain concepts to a wide audience including presenting workshops and education sessions to groups.
4. Previous experience working as a business analyst with experience in influencing, managing and working with all stakeholders across the business including senior management.
5. Demonstrated experience to analyse problems, interpret complex data and recommend practical and efficient solutions.
6. Demonstrated experience in the preparation of high-quality project related documentation, including business cases, reports, and recommendations.
7. Knowledge of current methodologies relating to business analysis, project management and continuous improvement practices.

Remuneration
ASO6 - $97,022 - $102,626 pa
