They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to drive their brand growth and customer engagement both in-store and online. About the Role This is an opportunity to take ownership and have exposure to all areas of marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, a keen eye for detail, and experience in customer engagement, brand management, and data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial in increasing brand awareness, driving foot and web traffic, and ultimately boosting sales while maintaining brand integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales Plan and manage marketing campaigns across promotions, advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation Communicating with their outsourced agency to oversee the company’s digital presence, including website management, SEO, and paid digital advertising Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform and optimise marketing efforts Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute compelling content for social media and other campaign activities Establish and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and local businesses to develop promotional strategies Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to directors Organise and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency About You: Previous experience in a similar role preferably within the retail industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategies. Shopify experience preferred. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo.
