Consisting of about 160 staff, GEGAC is a Not for Profit organisation that delivers holistic services in the areas of Primary Health, Social Services, Elders & Disability and Early Childhood Education. GEGAC is a child safe agency and has a zero tolerance of abuse or neglect of children and young people. Position Purpose The Senior Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer role is integral in supporting the CEO by strategically managing and coordinating initiatives, consultations, and stakeholder relationships that significantly advance organisational goals and strategic direction. Key Selection Criteria Advanced expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, negotiations, and project management. Demonstrated ability to foster integrity, accountability, and innovation within a public sector and community-oriented context. Qualifications and Registrations Requirement (Essential or Desirable).
