About the role As an Administration Officer in the Compliance Branch, you’ll provide administrative, systems, records management, and business improvement support for development applications, using sound judgement, initiative, adaptability, confidentiality, and sensitivity. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Perform administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality in all Branch functions. Handle customer enquiries, coordinating, liaising, and researching as needed. Prepare correspondence and documents related to Branch matters and business process improvements. About you Our Compliance Administration team operates like a mini call centre, providing vital support to our team and community. We handle a variety of inquiries and coordinate inspection bookings, ensuring seamless service delivery so we are looking for someone who can think on their feet and operate in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you will have: An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership Year 12 level of education or equivalent Experience in various administration systems Experience in a contact center environment About the benefits This is a six-month and a nine-month fixed-term positions working full time at level 2, with a salary commencing at $72,896 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
