Client Service Officer | Gold Coast | $95k package
Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment due to team expansion, our client is looking for a Snr Client Service Officer to work in their thriving practice with the ability to have some work-life balance.
Our Client
Our client is a boutique Financial Planning firm located on the Gold Coast and is renowned for its quality professional advice. Their team has the knowledge and expertise to assist clients in managing their financial requirements and provide them with complete peace of mind.
They pride themselves on 'thinking outside of the square' and their delivery of professional and specialised services to their high net worth business and private clientele.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the advice team with developing strategies that meet clients' individual objectives, financial situations, and needs. You'll assist in managing clients, complete implementation and research, write a range of strategies, and be the first point of contact for clients.
Other duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide direct support to the Financial Advisers, including managing their workflow to ensure timely completion
* Liaising with key stakeholders, clients, and other external parties such as accountants and fund managers
* Accurately finalising and collating compliance and advice documents
* Preparation of ROAs and assisting with the preparation of SOAs
* Implementing recommendations and processing/following up documentation
* Building on relationships and rapport with clients
* Data entry and database management
* Follow up outstanding information with platforms and product providers
* Other duties as requested
About You
Together with your polished professional approach and strong organisational and strategic skills, to be considered for this role, you will require the following:
* At least 2-7 years experience in the financial planning sector as a Client Services Officer or Client Service Administrator role
* Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualification would be desirable but not necessary
* High level administration skills
* Good communication skills and ability to build rapport
* Strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is a must
