Assist/facilitate training and inductions as required.Accuracy in Action: Maintain accurate farm records, pre-start checklists, and safety risk assessments.Collaboration Crew: Cover harvesting/haulout operator duties as required. Communicate effectively with Cane Supply & Transport teams to coordinate daily bin allocations.Sweet Success: Assist with push breaks, water headlands, clean sidings, and burning of sugar cane.Safety Guardian: Show a strong commitment to safety.Your Winning CombinationThe successful applicant must have prior agricultural experience in a similar role and hold a "HR" Class Drivers Licence.
