About the Position
The Child and Adolescent Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our fantastic, fun and supportive Work Health Safety Wellbeing (WHSW) team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, coordinate and deliver an injury management service for workers with a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
* In consultation with the injured worker, supervisor, and medical practitioners; plan, develop, implement and monitor Return to Work (RTW) programmes.
* Identify barriers and complex cases to ensure appropriate strategies and interventions are implemented to progress case management.
* Provide a high-level advisory service to managers, injured workers, unions, HR and safety staff in relation to injury management initiatives.
* Engage with managers to facilitate the provision of alternative duties to support injury management program initiatives.
* Deliver injury management education programs as directed.

CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
