Manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the IT asset database.Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional technical support with professionalism and empathy to parents, students, and staff. Proactively meet academic staff's technical needs and maintain positive user experiences across the school community.Proactive Monitoring and Improvement: Utilise monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact users. Continuously improve ICT services to enhance sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.While the primary responsibilities of the position are articulated, it is expected that the incumbent will engage with the School community and participate fully in a range of events and activities.About You:At Haileybury we are seeking exceptional people.
