This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing seamless administrative support to our General Manager and Managing Director The roleThis role will see you work across all backend operations of the business, including but not limited to;
Project coordination of new office opening
Assist in the update and coordination of company wide policies, procedures, and business improvement initiative
Reception duties, and acting as the first point of contact for all corporate enquiries
General housekeeping, mail, banking and assisting with the coordination of team events
Personal Assistant tasks to the Managing Director
Stationary, IT and other general purchasing
Set up and coordination of ICT
Your experienceTo be successful in this position, it is essential that you can demonstrate:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
