Simulator Technician
About This Role
The Simulation Technician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices in a safe and effective manner, ensuring maximum successful training events.
This role is a full-time permanent position at the ACE Training Centre in Bankstown, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance tasks as directed by Senior Simulation Technicians or Maintenance Manager
2. Assists with investigations supporting site-based engineering development needs
3. Participates in maintenance related continuous improvement activities
4. Works to CAE's Environment, Health & Safety Management System
Requirements:
1. Cert IV in Aeroskills Avionics, Electrotechnology, Information Technology or similar
2. Sound knowledge of computer/IT systems and networking
3. Senior First Aid & CPR
4. Aviation and/or flight simulator industry experience

Security Requirements:
Australian Defence security clearance (SECRET - NV1) is required. Holding a current SECRET (NV1) clearance is preferred.
