RACQ Auto Glass is looking for car enthusiasts who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
If you've ever spent hours tinkering under the hood, or just love the feeling of a well-maintained ride, this is your chance to join our team. We'll teach you how to become a pro Windscreen Fitter, replacing and repairing auto glass on all makes and models.

With sites conveniently situated on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Slacks Creek, Bundamba, Lawnton, Geebung and Toowoomba, you'll have the opportunity to work in a location that suits you.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Mastering the Craft: We'll provide comprehensive training, teaching you the intricacies of windscreen replacement and repair on a diverse range of vehicle makes and models. You'll learn the latest techniques and industry best practices, becoming a true expert in the field.
2. Hands-On Action: This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, working directly with vehicles, using your skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure every windscreen is fitted perfectly.
3. Working with a Team of Enthusiasts: Join a team of fellow car lovers who share your passion for the automotive world. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment.
4. Mobile Freedom: Enjoy the variety and independence of a mobile role, travelling to different locations and working on a wide range of vehicles.
5. Progression: We can train you to become a Senior Windscreen fitter or move into a new role at RACQ, the opportunities are huge.
Who We're Looking For:
1. ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
2. Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
3. Availability to work Full Time - Mon - Fri 8.00 am - 4:30pm
4. Car Enthusiast: You live and breathe cars. You can talk about engines, transmissions, and suspension systems for hours. If you have automotive experience that would be great (personal or professional).
5. Hands-On: You're comfortable using tools and have a knack for fixing things. You find satisfaction in a job well done. You're eager to learn and grow your skills.
6. Customer Service: You understand the importance of providing good customer service.
