Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support for the Operations of the Fulfillment Center, covering a range of technical disciplines, including multiple buildings around the area.
* Allocate and maintain IT equipment, manage multiple customer requests simultaneously, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
* Responsible for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty.
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies and participate in career development opportunities within the IT network.
We are looking for individuals with 1+ years of corporate setting experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating Systems. You should have experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems, maintaining zebra thermal printers, and troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, and nights, and be physically able to lift 50 lbs (22 kgs) and stand/walk for 10-12 hours at a time.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications are highly valued. Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service, ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms, and ability to manage high-priority projects are essential.
