Job Title: Funding Arrangement Manager
Anticipated Assignment Duration:
Up to June 30, 2025, with a potential 12-month extension. This is an opportunity to work with a reputable Federal Government organization based in Adelaide.
Hourly Rate:
$55.30 per hour + superannuation (inclusive of casual loading).
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, regular business hours.
Location:
Currie Street, Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage regularly with funded organizations to ensure programs are delivered consistently with grant agreement requirements.
* Build networks and relationships with funded organizations, key stakeholders, and the not-for-profit community sector.
* Gather local intelligence on program delivery to inform policy development and program re-design.
* Assess and monitor funded organization performance against agreed objectives, targets, and outcomes.
* Address instances of poor performance or non-compliance, working with supervisors to achieve policy and program outcomes.
* Identify, document, and escalate issues and risks impacting funded organization ability to achieve policy or program outcomes.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant program guidelines, legislation, and policy frameworks.
