Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist or lead in the development of interior design concepts for various projects
2. Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using Revit
3. Collaborate with the design team to integrate interior design with design concepts
4. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client needs and project vision
5. Produce detailed interior design documentation, with knowledge of construction documentation considered a bonus
6. Host client meetings, conduct site visits, and assist in project coordination
7. Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Revit for interior design work advantages
2. Experience in rendering to create realistic visualizations of designs
3. Strong creativity and attention to detail
4. Knowledge of construction documentation is a bonus
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently
6. Excellent communication skills for client interactions
7. A passion for interior design and a willingness to learn and grow (trainee) or proven experience in the industry (experienced)
