This role provides strategic HR support to Senior Business and People Leaders across the region and will execute key HR initiatives and continue developing a high-performance sustainable organisation.You will lead the HR function and have full accountability for all HR activities including development and delivery of HR strategy and policies across multi sites and organisations, talent management, HR operations, HR services and people performance.The role reports into the Director HR, Defense & Security International, with a dotted line to the Managing Director, Defense & Security, IPAC.
