In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management and software implementation to ensure smooth, effective transitions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and customers. This role is offered on a maximum-term basis of 2 years. Key Responsibilities Lead complex software transitions, managing end-to-end implementations and ensuring seamless integration. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to meet milestones and address risks proactively. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with teams to support tailored implementation strategies and training. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide ongoing support to enhance customer experience and system adoption. Collect customer feedback post-implementation to assess success and identify areas for improvement. About You 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or customer support with a focus on SaaS solutions. Proven background in leading software transitions, particularly in environments with significant version changes. Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and knowledge of systems integration. Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
