About the Program:
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees graduates develop key skills and knowledge, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience within the industry.
Throughout the course of the 2-year program, we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, with regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Location: East Arm - Darwin
All of our cadets have the opportunity to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including:
Cert III in Business Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics Specific Responsibilities
Work as directed by the Site Manager Maintain site IT register and support staff Maintain stock of critical safety equipment & amenities supplies Order office stationary requirements Maintain register and assist in processing employee inductions General office filing & maintaining employee personnel & training files Support site maintenance register for electrical testing and tagging, first aid, fire system inspections, etc. Manage stock for mailing and attend to all postal mailing and collection Organise delivery of courier parcels Supervise office cleaning contractor and general office housekeeping Manage incoming phone calls & office correspondence Attend to office reception – visitors, couriers, contractors and general enquiries Who we are looking for:
