My client is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead a team of dedicated legal administrative staff from their city location in Ann Street.The position operates within the Legal Administrative Support Group of either the Customer Legal Services group or the Corporate Legal Services group withn this deaprtment and reports in to the Official Solicitor of Customer Legal Services.As the Manager of Legal Services you will act as the manager of the Legal Administrative Support staff within the group, providing direction, leadership and co-ordination of the Legal Services Administrative Support group to meet the current and future legal secretarial and administrative support needs, to enable the business area to meet service demands and challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage a team of legal administrative professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.Oversee daily operations, resource management, and workload distribution within the legal administrative support group.Collaborate closely with senior legal professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of legal services.Develop office systems, procedures, and training programs to improve efficiency and service standards.Provide confidential executive-level support, including diary management, correspondence preparation, and meeting organisation.
