Our client is looking for someone to partner with their members, for guiding them, providing advice on choosing the right healthcare products/services and for providing information on their whole range of health and other insurance products. This is a brilliant full-time position in their branch. Main responsibilities: Perform face to face, needs-based selling of health insurance, life and travel policies to customers Perform telephone and email sales including business development activitiesProvide first contact resolution in all customer interactionsMaintain accurate membership information in accordance with the company policies and proceduresAchieve and exceed sales and service targetsSkills Required - Proven experience or a go-getting drive to sell to members and provide a great customer experiencePrevious experience in a customer service environmentThe ability to quickly learn complex computer systemsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs This full-time role has an immediate start and offers an excellent salary package, bonuses and benefits, based on previous experience.
