You will have a significant impact in the following ways:
* Balancing the supply of materials with incoming demand to ensure alignment with site stocking strategies.
* E nsuring production and operations have adequate and timely supply of necessary materials.
* Focusing on supplier management by rescheduling orders when necessary to meet changing needs.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to adjust supply plans as needed.
* Managing supplier performance and actively driving improvements while escalating issues to the Supply Continuity team.
* Utilizing materials planning systems and managing aggregate supplier schedules.
* Communicating with customers from time to time for order clarification, providing feedback on material availability.
* Managing supply chain activities related to change management and new product introduction.
* Participating in continuous improvement and developing standard processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively engaging in supplier scorecard generation and performance management.
* Analyzing KPIs to drive supply chain performance improvements and strategic decision-making.
* Optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory risks.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Qualifications
* Intermediate experience in supply chain planning and supplier management.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and materials management tools.
