As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance and maintaining high visual standards throughout the business. You will need to possess expertise in all facets of retail management, including sales and styling, shrinkage, stock management, visual merchandising, wages, rostering, and people management. With a focus on elevating the customer experience, you will become the trusted advisor in styling, outfitting, and building strong relationships with customers.
