Greentree Ngaliya Civil and Fencing is a proud Pilbara Aboriginal Business (PAB) operating in the Pilbara for the past two decades and have become a preferred contractor to the mining companies in the area. We have grown from humble beginnings, initially focusing on large scale fencing projects but now operating a full service civil and construction business.

General Requirements
* A common-sense and problem-solving approach to tasks
* Honesty and transparency with supervisors and managers
* Good communication skills and readiness to listen to direction by supervisors and managers
* A willingness to be involved in multiple work scenarios
* Interest in self-improvement and learning allowing for involvement in a wide variety of projects
* The ability to balance a good quality job with completing jobs within set timeframes
* Experience working in a related role, ideally for multiple years
* An inclination to lead and direct workers preferred but not necessary
* A minimum of C class drivers’ license
* Flexibility to work away from the head office at various mine sites when required with full accommodation, meals and transport provided

Trade Specific Requirements
* Trade qualified candidates preferred but not necessary. Multiple years’ experience working in a similar construction field necessary.
* Experience working on a range of construction projects
* Knowledge of required materials and methodologies to complete work and assist with procuring materials
* Tidy and meticulous person that can organise work area in an orderly manner
* HR licence favourable
* Self-starter that can work productively without supervision
* Rio Tinto and Fortescue inductions preferred
* Familiar with Rio Tinto and Fortescue procedures
