Norship operates across Northern Australia from locations in Cairns and Darwin.Norship has continued to grow into the highly respected Marine and Engineering services business that it is today, with a trusted reputation for delivering superior service, reliability, quality, and specialist marine repair, engineering, in service support, and maintenance and repair solutions.Norship takes pride in having supported Northern Australian Maritime & Heavy Industries and the broader Far Northern community for more than 40 years.Due to team expansion, Norship is currently seeking an additional, strong Business Support/Project Administrator to join our team in Cairns.ABOUT THE ROLEA Business Support/Project Administrator at Norship assists in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of projects under the supervision of our Business Support Coordinator and with the support of the Administration team.Duties will include:Managing financial and administrative processesDocument controlTracking of approved and processed work tasksSet up and maintain MYOB with required informationEstablish administration numbers for job costingTrack purchase ordersLiaising with client representativesLiaising with Norship's internal finance & administration teamsSupport the wider Business Support team including HR, Finance & Customer Service functionsABOUT YOUUltimately, you will be an administration all-rounder; you will have strong project and/or commercial administration experience and exposure to an industrial environment.
