We are currently seeking a Property Assistant to join our team covering a possible mix across both above offices.

We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Property Assistant with exceptional attention-to-detail with process improvement capabilities to join our team across Bordertown and Keith.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with potential for ongoing permanent roles pending business needs.
About the Role:
You will perform a hands-on role and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of compliance and administration support during the end-to-end listing and sale of property and property management in the region.
Your duties will be varied and include reception, administration, rent receipting and property management admin duties, preparation of advertisements, window cards and brochures plus administration tracking of advertising and search costs.
Additionally, you will ensure that the sales process is seamless for all parties and that accurate documentation is provided to solicitors/conveyancers as required. Ability to learn various software programs and previous experience with Canva welcomed.
Priorities constantly change in our busy environment so multi-tasking and managing stakeholder expectations will play a key part in your success in this role.
About You:
To be successful you will demonstrate strong administration experience ideally gained supporting a sales team where you have been able to finely hone your planning skills and ability to multi-task, with some exposure to accounts payable and reconciliations ideal.
You will be a confident communicator who is customer focussed, self-motivated with high standards and comfortable working independently. High attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Whilst real estate industry experience is not essential, you will be keen to learn and develop your knowledge of real estate compliance requirements and legislation throughout the journey.
