THE BUSINESS:
Our client, GlobeWest is an Australian owned business based in Melbourne that creates distinctive furniture, homewares and décor for beautiful spaces. From small beginnings, they have become a leading supplier to the Australian Interiors industry. Co-founders and brothers Alan and Stephen Mendel continue to run the business, supported by an ever growing contingent of expert staff across various departments from design and product development to logistics. Under the GlobeWest brand, they design, develop, distribute and market a covetable range of attainable furniture and homewares.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest. You will support in the successful implementation of the national marketing plan and drive functional areas of importance with main communication channels of Performance Media, collaborations, SEO and Content. Inspire our existing and potential customers with brand led initiatives, product storytelling and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest.
2. Work with the Head of Marketing to manage all campaign processes from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring they meet budgetary and timing constraints.
3. Brief, produce and oversee the creation of all campaign assets, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts and collaboration assets.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to refine campaign focus and execution.
5. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
7. Coordinate and communicate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and technologies.
9. Write the strategic plan for the pro-active and reactive use of Influencers and collaborators for social media enhancement
10. Responsible for planning, executing and managing online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and keep customers.
11. Measure the success of performance marketing campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and increase return on investment (ROI)
12. Budget management
13. Manage all SEO plans and execution, utilising insights to drive decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
14. 6+ years' experience in campaign and digital marketing, ideally B2B and B2C
15. Strong digital marketing skillset; SEO, SEM, performance marketing, insights, landing pages etc.
16. Effectively use data and insights to identify opportunities, driving marketing initiatives
17. End to end campaign management experience through all owned and paid channels
18. Ability to work cross functionally between ecommerce, marketing etc.
19. Energy and enthusiasm for delivering results
20. Experience managing influencer programs and all paid social media
21. Agency management; creative and digital
22. Effectively measure and analyse the impact of marketing initiatives
23. Analytical marketing mindset
