As a Sales Consultant, you will be working from a beautiful display home in Wongawilli. You will manage the entire sales process, from prequalifying leads to presenting tenders, ensuring a seamless experience for clients looking to build their dream homes. With contract values ranging from $500k to $600k, you will handle a mix of house and land packages, greenfield projects, and knock-down rebuilds. Our client is a Project Home Builder known for its supportive team environment and commitment to employee development. Key Responsibilities: Manage online leads allocated to you and convert them into sales. Communicating with potential customers, setting appointments and face to face presentations. Conduct tender presentations. Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a professional and welcoming display home environment. Skills & experience: Previous experience as a Sales Consultant for a project home builder. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. A proactive and results-driven attitude. This role will require you to work weekends with 2 days off throughout the week chosen by you. The display home is open from 10am - 5pm.
