As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll using Employment Hero software. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional service to our staff. In addition to payroll the role requires accounts receivable expertise. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process end-to-end payroll for 70 employees on a weekly basis using Employment Hero.Maintain and update employee records in Employment Hero, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolution.Prepare reports for management, including payroll summaries, leave balances, and superannuation contributions.Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy.Assist in creation of and sending customer invoices.Assist in accounts receivable functions.Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, accounts receivables or similar role.Proficiency in using Employment Hero payroll software is essential.Strong understanding of payroll laws, award interpretations, and taxation requirements.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with employees at all level.
