The Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care role is a key part of the Community Health Nursing team, working across multiple sites in North West Tasmania.
This position provides high-level clinically evidence-based nursing care within the specialty area of Complex Wound Management.
The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop, provide, and evaluate services that ensure optimal patient/client/family and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive health assessments and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
* Registration to work with Vulnerable People.
Benefits:
