Discovery & Organisational Change Manager
About the Role:
You will be a core member of the ITC Team and responsible for providing effective IT discovery and organisational change activities across Delta's business units.
This role is pivotal in our technology pillar, identifying and integrating the best interests of IT with the business to deliver Strategic and Corporate Plans in-line with the IT Roadmap.
The position will involve regular travel to our Central Coast locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of IT Business Partners.
* Drive seamless business transformation by integrating effective discovery and organisational change management into Delta's transformation program.
* Gather business requirements and work closely with technical and business teams to design and implement impactful organisational change management strategies.
* Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and systems, driving innovation and improvement.
* Minimise disruptions from organisational changes while maximising positive outcomes.

Qualities Required:
* Proven experience as a Discovery & Organisational Change Manager in environments undergoing change or business transformation.
* Experience in managing change impacts on people, technology, and resources.
* Ability to develop assessments such as change readiness, impact assessments, and leadership strategies.
* Proven negotiation skills to influence outcomes and decisions.
