The plant adheres to stringent WHS, hygiene and environmental standards, with a strong focus on animal welfare.Big River Pork is looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation and guide its future direction. Operationally focused, the CEO will be responsible for overseeing the senior leadership team and drive the business in alignment with the strategic and commercial objectives set by the Board. This role requires a dynamic leader who will provide clear direction and develop opportunities for the company, its people and its resources. The CEO will be instrumental in executing the strategy approved by the Board and ensuring the organisation’s structure and processes align with its strategic goals and organisational culture.Operating in an increasingly complex and evolving environment, Big River Pork is a mature and robust business with a history of success and proven capability to rise to the numerous challenges within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished CEO with a proven track record in continuous improvement along with excellent commercial and financial management skills. Strong negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills are essential along with an ability to engage and inspire stakeholders to achieve impactful results.
