Utilising our branded financial services products (JLRFS), and Approved Pre-Owned vehicle program (APO) your goal is to identify and execute sale opportunities, or value add services for clients of our modern luxury brands, Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, & Discovery.Focusing on retailer best practice and performance management, a thorough understanding of Automotive financial services products and OEM APO programs is desirable. You: Have experience working as an Area/District/Region Sales Representative or Financial Services within an automotive OEM or Retailer.Have a thorough understanding of automotive retailer sales process.Are able to define and defend a position based on quantitative and qualitative input.Are excited about transforming and growing the business.Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office.Are able to form and foster mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Advanced interpersonal skills allowing you to connect with stakeholders with various levels of seniority Are comfortable and confident in preparing and delivering presentations to the broader team Detailed Role Responsibilities Financial Services (FS) Act as the conduit between overseas regional office, NSC, FS Partner & retailer network.Support the Financial Services (FS) strategy execution including branded FS products, Insurance and Change Cycle Management programsDevelop innovative joint brand initiatives with FSP. Some examples of these initiatives are: New product development, profit objectives covering retail and fleet opportunities, retail finance campaigns, after-sales packages, insurance products, product packaging and marketing opportunitiesProvide direction, leadership and co-ordination to FSP staff when working with brands across all business areasAcquire and analyse data to power a full suite of Management Information (MI) reports that include key FS performance indicators such as finance penetration, satisfaction indices, finance renewals and product splits.Collaborate with FSP to raise awareness and network (Sales Executives, Sales & Business Managers) competency in key FS products and servicesCooperation and alignment with FSP to ensure that products (including marketing and promotion) are compliant with standards set by regulators.Collaborate with the FSP in the development of effective programs relevant to the market, including sales generation and incentive programsFormulate recommendations for quarterly FS customer offers. Approved Pre-Owned (APO) Manage & enhance the JLR Approved pre-owned car program to support JLRA's long-term strategyImplement marketing strategies to maximise sales of JLR products in the pre-owned car marketRevise pre-owned car market research to ensure the brand is positioned for sustained growth.Implement industry best practice, train and develop the retailer network to maximise APO car sales together with the Regional Performance ManagersDevelop and communicate APO vehicle sales targets to the dealer networkWork within the business operations team in all performance & CI matters regarding the APO programImplement programs to engage retailer network,Act as the conduit between overseas regional office, NSC and retailer network.Ensure high value retention / RV management of the OUV fleetManagement of the relationship between the APO warranty provider and JLRUtilise and promote our APO GFV products to increase FS results and future NEW car sales opportunities At Jaguar Land Rover, we are passionate about our people.
