Working from both our South Melbourne office and Warehouse in Dandenong South, you will drive attraction and retention strategies, support recruitment for high-volume warehousing positions as well as specialised roles in marketing, sales, finance, and customer service. You'll be instrumental in establishing best practice recruitment processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This is a hands-on role balancing day-to-day recruitment with continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to anticipate and meet fluctuating business needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. Align recruitment practices with frank green's culture, attracting high-quality talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Oversee recruitment processes: ad writing, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and inductions. Provide market insights to hiring managers, guiding data-driven hiring decisions. Support and coach hiring managers throughout recruitment processes. Ensure effective onboarding for all new hires. What You Need Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to guide managers through the recruitment process. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on data-informed decisions. Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience and aligned with frank green's values. Experience with ATS and CRM systems, using them to enhance recruitment processes. Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment. The Perks Dog friendly offices.
