Skout Solutions on behalf of Ventia are seeking to engage a number of Cleaners to support our Defence Base Services contract and join our team between Bullsbrook and Bindoon, WA. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference by delivering service excellence to our clients with every interaction. You will be responsible for cleaning the Defence Base buildings as well as on-base accommodation areas.
This is a casual role until June 2025, with a range of shifts across a Monday - Sunday between 6.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo a police check.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* General cleaning, including mopping, sweeping to maintain high standards of hygiene
* Vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture
* Dust and debris removal as well as polishing fixtures and fittings
* Tidying up kitchen and common areas, including use of disinfectants, emptying bins, wiping benches, de-cobbing windows and window tracks
* Accommodation cleaning, including the making of beds, bathrooms and linen stock control
* Detail cleaning of both indoor and outdoor areas including operating industrial vacuums and using approved chemicals to remove surface stains
* Actively report any required maintenance and all security risks or concerns to the appropriate parties
