Position: Administration Officer Location: Guilford Young College (Hobart and Glenorchy campuses) Enthusiastic applicants are encouraged to apply for the position of Administration Officer at Guilford Young College. This is a school term time only position, working 5 days/week. Guilford Young College is a Year 11 and 12 Co-educational Catholic College based on two campuses - Hobart and Glenorchy. The Administration Officer provides a first point of contact for the college and is accountable for the effective delivery of reception, administration and office support services. The Administration Officer is responsible for delivery of excellent customer service in the performance of duties. Within the role, the Administration Officer works collaboratively with other staff and members of the college community to assist students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes, being responsible to the Administration Team Leader. Key relationships are with the Principal, Deputy Principals, staff, students, parents/guardians, visitors and volunteers.
